You are up late at night, either watching TV or working on that project that you have been putting off…Then you try and go to sleep and you can't. You are laying there wide awake, and unable to fall asleep.

Then limit Screen Time: Avoid electronic devices like smartphones and computers at least 30 minutes before bedtime. The blue light emitted from screens can interfere with melatonin production, a hormone that regulates sleep.
Your Brain will thank you….You need that extra time to unwind from your day and prepare your brain and mind to slow down and rest….
Try it…Im sure you will have a much better sleep…and feel more refreshed in the morning.
