This is a satisfying vegetarian dish that cooks up quick and easy, and would be great with a side Caesar salad. Or order downsized and you will have the perfect side dish to any meal!

The mediterranean orzo compliments the salmon perfectly. This is a full meal deal! Salmon topped with sliced lemon sits on a bed of lemon orzo combined with tomatoes, basil and olives.
