Lauren Allan - Occupational Therapist and Founder:
After graduating from the Occupational Therapy program at the University of Alberta, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families in Edmonton and surrounding areas. With experience in early learning and school-aged populations, I am passionate about early intervention, focusing on areas like regulation, social-emotional development, sensory processing, and feeding. Leaving the school district, I am excited to join forces with brilliant speech-language pathologists to advocate for early education and support families. My mission is to build new and accessible means to provide opportunities for every child.
Natalie Wint - Speech-Language Pathologist:
With nine years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a mother of three, I believe in the power of creating connections with children's minds. Inspired by Maya Angelou's wisdom, I emphasize making children feel valued, understood, and loved. Whether it's getting down to a child's level or appreciating their uniqueness, I lead with love and fun, recognizing that impactful connections are made through joy. Join me in celebrating differences and the joy of communication.
Danielle Franklin - Speech Language Pathology Assistant:
I am Danielle, the Speech Language Pathology Assistant at Thriveology. I am a relationship-oriented person, deeply committed to building meaningful connections with all the children I work with. Therapy, in my view, is most effective when recipients feel safe, valued, and comfortable. I focus on creating a welcoming and friendly therapeutic environment, tailoring sessions to individual goals and personalities. I am excited to meet you and your kiddo, and I look forward to fostering a positive and engaging therapeutic experience.
