Founded by Karen and her two sons, Josef and Danny, Soybean Essentials Inc has been a family-owned and operated business since 2010. Our journey began with a simple idea - to fill your life with natural, healthy alternatives to home and personal products available in the mass market.
From Market Stall to Storefront
What started as a small experiment creating clean-burning scented candles at home has now flourished into a thriving business. Karen's dedication led to the creation of Soybean Essentials, offering over 300 candle scents and expanding to include a diverse range of Bath & Body products. From bath bombs to skin creams, shampoo & conditioning bars, we've got your natural and healthy essentials covered.
In 2013, we took our products to the St. Albert Farmers' Market and other seasonal markets, building trust with our customers by listening to their needs. In 2019, we proudly hung up our sign at Bountiful Farmers' Market, eventually finding a permanent home at 35 Rayborn Crescent, St. Albert in September 2022. Now, you can visit our storefront and witness the production behind the products.
