Hi! My name is Cyndie and I am the owner of Aerie Wellness! 

Aerie Wellness came from years of learning who I was and what I was always capable of. I started doing energy healing at a young age, growing up on a settlement north of Edmonton I learned a lot about Native American traditions and around 6 years old, I learned I wasn’t the only one who could do it, my best friend could too. So we would have burials for our animals, we would use energy to heal our sick animals and heal ourselves when we got hurt. We did this for years, until life came to a halt from abuse and I moved away. I lost myself after that, nobody really explains to you what you go through after having someone you trust break that trust in the most unforgivable way. I became angry, withdrawn, sullen, depressed, I would pity myself, wouldn’t put myself out there because why would anyone want damaged goods? Fast forward 25 years later I had a social work diploma, was the mom of 3, with my oldest I was dealing with parental alienation. I was in a relationship I thought was healthy and to no fault of his either, but reeked of emotional, mental and financial abuse, On the plus side, I was getting back myself. I asked for a divorce soon after. I am still trying to figure life out, I don’t think anyone really has it all figured out, and if they do, we need to chat...I need pointers! 

Today, I have gotten back in touch with my son who I wasn’t able to see. I have 3 stepsons, I am in another relationship and my previous ex and I have a great relationship. We recently discussed what went down with our relationship and we both agreed it was due to inexperience, previous relationships and not understanding how to have a healthy relationship. So I don’t blame him for anything and he doesn’t blame me...after all, we got 2 pretty great kids out of the situation! I stopped messing around with life and got certified as a Master/Teacher in Reiki, Chakra and Aura Healer, Crystal Healer, Yoga Teacher and a Herbalist!

I most recently was working in Insurance for a big insurance company in Edmonton. It just wasn’t my dream. I would sit there daily wanting to make candles, or oils or play in my garden in the summer. I love meeting with people and blowing their minds with energy healing. So in September I quit working for the big corporation, and started living my dream. I have a small shop at 60B 161 Liberton Drive in St. Albert, where I provide a variety of services, which I will list below, but I also sell Crystals, candles, oil rollers, ritual oils, books, Tarot cards, home grown sage bundles from my garden and loose sage smudges for home protection and mood lifting, I also have a variety of herbs for your own use, which I can make into oils, teas or salves at your request! If you are unsure of my stock, you can call beforehand and ask! I also do moon ceremonies on the New and Full Moons, which helps bring community together and helps us heal as a group. 

As you could guess I specialize my healing in trauma and grief. I provide services for other things as well though.
