What a great team (recommended by our neighbours when our furnace started making funny noises). Professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Came in took the old furnace apart and showed us where the problems were and explained the situation. With the new furnace I swear the house feels better AND so do we. Thanks Brandon and Jason.

Hello,

We hired this team because Jason caught a broken exhaust pipe during the quote process. He took the time to fix it and we subsequently hired them.

Both Jason and Brandon were very professional when they showed up and through out the job. They did the installation on time. Afterwards, they took the time to explain how the new system works and did not rush the explanations.

They have awesome attitudes and endured we were satisfied with their service. Well done to both of them!

I moved into an older house recently and the furnaces and A/C were getting up in years. We developed a plan to not only replace the A/C now but also for upgrades over the next few years. In the end, we swapped out the A/C for a heat pump and replaced one of the furnaces (RUUD brand - smaller and way more efficient!). The price was excellent and significantly below the big competitors. The installation was great - minimal disruption to the household and nothing to dispose of on my end. Really happy with our heat pump, especially with summer coming up. More than anything, I trust that if anything goes wrong, Brandon and Jason will be available to address any issues. No more waiting for the next week before I can get service! Thanks Brandon & Jason. Such a great experience!

They were able to come out to our home on the weekend and took time from their own schedule. Jason came into my home and treated the family and home with respect and got our heat back on in an hour. Brandon was able to contact Jason to stop by our home while Jason was in our area. The furnace would not turn on. Jason arrived with a few hours, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Furnace is working and we are warm! They are responsive, kind and calm. We have really enjoyed working with them over the last year while we updated our basement.

I was introduced to the Fix It Boys by a friend who recently was so happy with their service on two occasions. They responded and had my furnace and A/C fixed in under 24 hours. I texted Jason a couple days ago with a couple questions regarding my a/c. He responded immediately and after further discussion, Jason and Ron were at my home later that afternoon to see if there was an issue. It was determined a part had failed ... less than 48 hours later, Brandon is now installing the new part (even with a hurting back). I continue to be completely impressed with the service offered by the Fix It Boys ... I wish they handled things besides HVAC :)

Jason and Brandon replaced our furnaces this year when they failed at -35 degree temperatures. They responded immediately to our request for service, provided temporary heaters until the furnaces arrived and did the work in record time. We were so impressed with their work that we also had the Fix It Boys replace our air conditioners this summer. Can not say enough about their workmanship and knowledge. All work was done quickly and professionally. Any future work will be with these guys. We highly recommend them.

I just called Brandon (older brother of this company) yesterday and he had a cancelation today and was able to do my duct cleaning this afternoon. Younger brother Jason came and did a great job! Very prompt and he even was trying to sort out why the pilot light on furnace blows out when switching from AC to heat, but unfortunately he didn't have the correct tools. He did light my pilot light again. I am so a Health care worker and gave me a good discount for this! I will definitely have them back and I highly recommend fit it boys!

After an excellent experience last fall with the installation of a new furnace, I invited Jason and Brandon back to install a new air conditioner. As before, professional, responsive to any questions I had. They arrived on time, were meticulous about how everything was done and cleaned up afterwards. They also were happy to coordinate with an electrician who I was already used to working with. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jason and Brandon :)

I had some leaking coming from the bottom of my furnaces & Brandon was recommended. I reached out on the Family Day long weekend & received a reply the same Day. James was able to come out, diagnose the problem within 10 minutes, and fix the problem quickly. He also provided some good maintenance advice. Really Friendly & Quality Service & plan to use them again for A/C work, and regular duct cleaning. Thanks Again Guys!

Ok, I don't even know where to start. My mother got these guys number by a friend of mine when her furnace broke. She called them as there was no heat in her place in the winter. They rushed over late at night to get it going.....did not charge her....... a second time it happened again, and again immediately headed over and got the furnace working, told her it will need to be replaced soon...... didn't charge her. Over the Christmas break she was out of town and came back to a cold house and no heat. The Fix it Boys came right over got it working and ordered her a new furnace. Days later they installed the new furnace at a more than fair price, did a bunch of other work for free. I just don't think you can treat a customer any better than these guys. Talk about a company that deserves your business without question. The things they do go beyond price. They took care of my mother as if she was their own, and they had never met her before. DON'T BE DUMB, CALL THE FIX IT BOYS FOR YOUR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS.

Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Day during an extreme cold snap. Brandon was very quick to respond and was the only company that could obtain the parts needed to repair our furnace during a stat holiday. Very professional and well priced I would highly recommend.

I discovered the day after Thanksgiving that my 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. I asked friends and companies I trust for recommendations. Jason and Brandon were highly recommended by a friend who has had work done by Jason/Brandon as well as my plumber who has worked with them extensively. I contacted Jason who was able to come to my house for a quote the next day. I had 3 other quotes done on the same day … they did a load calculation (only 1 other company did). The quote was very reasonable. Jason was happy to answer all my questions leading to the scheduled install date the following week. On the day of install, they were exactly on time … methodical, focused and still willing to answer any questions. The install was done with no issues and took precisely the time they estimated. Brandon was kind enough to check/clean my eavestroughs while on the roof since I am not comfortable with heights. At the end, they went through an overview of everything I should know with respect to proper maintenance. I will be having them back for duct cleaning in a couple weeks as well as to install an air conditioner in the fall. I am very pleased with the results and also appreciated their honesty during the initial quote process … they were willing to let me know if something was not worth the extra cost.

Our house is a bit older and definitely in need of some upgrades. Our AC recently crashed and Brandon came out same day to have a look. Yes, he pointed out our system is pretty dated and due for replacement, but also got it going well enough to get us through the heatwave for a bit longer. Of course with temperatures set to soar to +30s this week that is when my AC decided to act up. I asked Brandon to pop by and to investigate an age-old mystery with the heat distribution in our family home. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms are always retirement home hot and the downstairs living room is frosty like the meat locker where Rocky used to bang on the beef carcasses. He spent over an hour and came up with a solution that has already changed our lives! I hereby reccomend the Fix It Boys.

Have dealt with both Brandon and Jason on a couple of furnace issues and a air conditioning maintenance and cleaning job and have found them to be very personable and thorough. Most recently I had to have a furnace replacement; they treated me fairly with no pressure sales and did it on Christmas Eve; they are very clean on the job site and take the time to answer all your questions.

Brandon came the same day day I called him, was super polite, honest, and helped my mom understand a little bit more about how her furnace works. Ended up saving my mom a lot of money and stress. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Super impressed with the duct cleaning service I received yesterday by the Fix It Boys! This morning our family is noticing the difference in air quality already.
Besides having a thorough cleaning done, what impressed me most was the professionalism, respect for my property, and the post-job clean-up that Jason performed.
Jason communicated what was going to be done and why. He even made some recommendations on some things we can do to support the health and safety of our home as it pertains to our HVAC system.
Pricing was more than reasonable and service exceeded my expectations! Definitely a company I would recommend.
