Toddlers (Ages 2-5): Sundays (9:30 AM - 10:15 AM) - $60/Four Weeks
Our fun-filled program ignites a passion for movement in your little ones. Through engaging activities, games, and exercises, they'll develop essential motor skills, agility, and a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. The future generation of active superstars starts here!
Kids (Ages 6-9): Saturdays (1:30 PM - 2:15 PM) - $60/Four Weeks
Let your child explore the exciting world of fitness! Our age-appropriate workouts incorporate teamwork, challenges, and a whole lot of fun. They'll build resilience, gain self-confidence, and forge lasting friendships while discovering the joy of movement.
Teens (Ages 10-14): Wednesdays (4:15 PM - 5:15 PM) & Saturdays (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM) - $75/Four Classes/Month or $136/Eight Classes/Month
Designed to unleash their full potential, our program equips teens with the tools they need to excel. They'll develop strength, endurance, and mental toughness while learning valuable life skills like discipline and goal setting.
