Changes of season affect many things and your skin is one of them!
Here's a tip to keep in mind as we enjoy the autumn season:
SPF! Yes, we often can make the mistake of putting away the SPF, thinking that it is only for the summer months.
UV radiation doesn't hibernate! We are exposed to it during all four seasons. An SPF of 30 or greater is recommended to apply every morning all year round.

Summer is short so soak in the outdoors this long weekend with the special people in your life!
